Utilities are billed through a utility allocation service.  Electric, water and gas are combined into one bill that is sent monthly.  We believe that college students should focus on their studies and not paying bills.  Pay rent, one utility bill, buy groceries and study.  There will be plenty of bills to pay once the student graduates and joins the real world.

We take care of internet service, trash and any city fees.

Connection to the internet is very important to today's college student.  Our rentals include high speed internet.  High strength WiFi access is available throughout each rental.  Not only is it fast enough for school work, it also works great with TV streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc..

All of our rentals have electronic door locks.  This eliminates situations of lost or forgotten keys.  You can't be locked out.  Don't worry, the codes are changed when a new lease is signed.  We ask the renters to keep the codes to themselves.  You don't want your ex-boyfriend/girlfriend to have the code, do you?
